How this works
What actually gets built
A business website has one job: turn someone who has never heard of you into an enquiry. Everything else — the animation, the stock photography, the mission statement — is decoration on top of that job, and most of it gets in the way.
So we build in a fixed order. Structure first: which pages exist, what each one has to prove, and what the visitor is meant to do at the end of it. Then content, because a design drawn around placeholder text always breaks when the real words arrive. Then design, then development, then the speed and search work that makes any of it findable.
Arabic is designed, not flipped
The Arabic version of your site is not the English one with a plugin applied. It gets its own copy, written for a Saudi reader rather than translated from English. It gets different typefaces, because Latin display faces have no Arabic equivalent and pairing them badly is immediately visible. It gets more line spacing, because Arabic script needs it. And the layout mirrors properly — navigation, icons, form fields, the direction arrows point.
The reason this matters commercially rather than aesthetically: a Saudi visitor identifies a machine-translated site in about one sentence, and what they conclude is not that your English is better than your Arabic. It is that you did not think the Arabic market was worth the effort.
Speed, and why it is a business number
Most of your visitors arrive on a phone, often on mobile data, often while doing something else. A site that takes four seconds to become usable loses a large share of them before they have seen anything at all — and those people never appear in your analytics as a lost enquiry, because they were never a session worth counting.
We build against Core Web Vitals from the start rather than optimising afterwards:
- Images served in modern formats at the size actually displayed, never a 3MB photograph scaled down in the browser
- Fonts self-hosted and subset, so text is readable immediately rather than after a flash of nothing
- No layout shift: the page does not jump while it loads
- Third-party scripts loaded only when they are needed, and never before the content
What we will tell you not to do
A rebuild is not always the right answer. If your current site is structurally sound and the real problem is speed, or an unverified Google profile, or thin page content, we will say so — fixing those on the site you already have is usually cheaper and faster than starting again.
We also will not promise a ranking, build in a platform you cannot maintain, or hand over something that requires us for every text change. You get training and documentation at the end, and the ability to leave.
What you are left with
Domain, hosting, code and design files in your name from the first day. A site your team can update. A written record of what was built and why. And a working Google Business Profile, because for most local businesses that profile brings in more enquiries than the website itself, and quoting it separately has always struck us as slightly dishonest.
Questions
What people ask about this
How long does a website take?
A standard business site is four to six weeks from approved content. The variable is almost never development, it is how quickly text, photos and product details arrive.
Do you build in Arabic and English?
Yes, and both are designed rather than translated. Arabic is not a mirrored copy of the English layout: it needs different line spacing, different type, and its own copy.
Do we own the website?
Yes. The domain, hosting and code are in your name. You can take the site to another agency at any point without asking us for anything.
