Stores that stay organised

How this works
Most stores have a catalogue problem, not a traffic problem
The instinct when a store is not selling is to buy more traffic. Quite often the traffic is fine and the catalogue is the issue: thin product titles, missing attributes, no descriptions, categories nobody can navigate, and variants set up so that half the sizes look out of stock.
That is worth checking before spending anything on ads, because paid traffic landing on a bad catalogue converts badly and costs money every single time.
Which platform, honestly
| Salla / Zid | Shopify | |
|---|---|---|
| Local payments | Mada, Tabby, Tamara built in | Available, more setup |
| ZATCA invoicing | Native | Via an app |
| Arabic admin and support | Yes | Partial |
| Selling outside Saudi Arabia | Limited | Strong |
| App ecosystem | Smaller | Very large |
| Monthly cost | Lower | Higher once apps are added |
For a store selling only inside the Kingdom, Salla or Zid is usually cheaper to run and faster to launch. Shopify earns its cost when you sell across borders or need something specific from its app ecosystem. We build on all of them and have no commission riding on which you pick.
Product listings are the actual work
Uploading a product is not the same as listing it. A listing that performs has a title matching how people search rather than how your supplier catalogues it, attributes filled in so filters work, variants structured so stock shows correctly, and a description written for the page rather than pasted from the manufacturer.
That last point is the one most stores get wrong. If your description is the same text every other retailer received from the same supplier, there is nothing for search to prefer about your page.
Marketplaces follow different rules
Amazon.sa and Noon are not your store. Title structure is constrained, attributes are mandatory and validated, images have strict requirements, and the same product needs different content on each. Exporting your site listings into a marketplace feed is why so many accounts sit with products suppressed and nobody quite sure why.
We prepare marketplace listings separately, to each platform’s rules.
Keeping it accurate
Catalogues drift. Prices change, products go out of stock, a supplier renames a range, a category slowly fills with things that do not belong in it. Ongoing management is a separate monthly arrangement and entirely optional — but a store nobody maintains is usually the reason a store that once worked stops working.
Questions
What people ask about this
Salla or Shopify?
Salla if you sell only in Saudi Arabia and want local payment and shipping handled for you. Shopify if you need more control, sell across borders, or want a bigger app ecosystem. We build on both and have no incentive either way.
Can you list on Amazon and Noon as well?
Yes. Marketplace listings follow different rules to your own store. Title structure, attributes and images are all constrained, so they are prepared separately rather than exported from your site.
Do you handle ZATCA e-invoicing?
We configure the store so invoices carry what ZATCA requires and integrate a compliant provider. We are not tax advisors, so the accounting sign-off stays with your accountant.
